VERSATILITY:
The DECORAL® process can be applied to all coated materials
capable of resisting and retaining
their shape at a temperature of 200C. The areas of application can be such as interior and exterior
building work, manufacture of doors and windows, air, sea and rail transport, road vehicles, mobile homes,

DURABILITY:
The product has been analyzed and tested by certifying associations which
have issued the QUALIDECO mark, guaranteeing the product’s suitability for
outdoor use and high resistance to weathering, all over the world.
The DECORAL® finish is an investment designed to stand the test of time
requiring no maintenance and only a periodical cleaning.
WORK CYCLE:
DECORAL® is a suitable process for industrial application. One coat of aluminum-based paint is applied using a DECORAL
SYSTEM powder coating product for sublimatic process and homologated under QUALICOAT standards.
 A second phase involves the use of the patented DECORAL SYSTEM plants for bagging and aspiration, thus causing the
DECORAL SYSTEM sublimatic films to adhere to all the area of the extruded profile. Lastly, the decoration pattern is sublimated into the coating layer by using a heat transfer system.
